A simulator that knows your race better than the moderator does.

One question, one camera, one eight-second clip, and a year of work can be gone before you finish the sentence. Most candidates walk into it never having rehearsed under fire. ARMR researches your race, then puts you on the spot, out loud and on the clock, in a room called The FORGE.

    From the intake you complete, an AI research pass profiles your district, your opponent's record and the lines of attack already in play, and turns them into the questions you will actually face.

Both, each doing what it's best at. The AI researches your race, plays your opponent, runs every session and scores every answer, as many nights as you want. The coaching applies the ARMR method, which is rooted in classical rhetoric. At the higher tiers, a DHP Senior Consultant reviews your record and signs your readiness readout.

From the classical canon of rhetoric: Aristotle, Cicero, Quintilian and the stasis theory of Hermagoras, sharpened by modern persuasion research and tested against real debates. It isn't one consultant's personal system; the people behind ARMR practiced this discipline and built the training around it.

It's treated as strictly confidential and used only to train you. We don't sell it, advertise with it, or share it beyond the service providers that run ARMR. Your voice recordings are deleted as soon as they're transcribed. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

You complete your Candidate Intelligence Profile: your race, your district, your opponent and the attacks you expect. ARMR researches it in a minute or two, and then your sessions unlock.

As many as you want, at every tier. Sessions run 5 questions on Tier 1, 8 on Tier 2 and 16 on Professional.

Tier 1 is $197 per month and Tier 2 is $497 per month. You choose the level you want to train at; race size is only a guide (Tier 1 is typical for campaigns under 100,000 people, Tier 2 for 100,000 to 750,000). Professional, typical for larger, federal and statewide races, is by application, and you can ask for it when you apply. Every tier requires admission.

No. ARMR is built around candidates, but anyone who has to hold their ground under questioning can apply: campaign managers and staff, spokespeople, party officials and county chairs, and people preparing for their first race. Tell us your role when you apply.

ARMR is invite-only. You apply, and if it's a fit you spend a free evaluation week training in The FORGE. Nothing is charged during the week. At the end of it, both sides decide whether you enroll.
