Effective date: June 5, 2026
These Disclaimers apply to ARMR — Adversarial Response & Media Readiness (the "Service"), provided by Dark Horse Political, LLC ("Dark Horse Political," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company located in Sheridan, Wyoming, available at getarmr.ai. They supplement, and are incorporated into, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Dark Horse Political is a technology vendor and training-services provider. ARMR is a commercial software and training product. When a campaign, candidate, committee, or firm purchases the Service, it is engaging Dark Horse Political as an ordinary paid commercial vendor, and the fees are an ordinary campaign expense.
For clarity:
The Service is a neutral training tool. It is available, on the same commercial terms applicable to each tier, to clients regardless of party or viewpoint, and providing it is a commercial transaction, not political activity by Dark Horse Political.
Payments to Dark Horse Political for the Service are a commercial vendor expense. Any required reporting of those fees — for example, as a vendor expenditure or disbursement on FEC reports or state Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) or equivalent filings — is solely the responsibility of the client (the candidate, campaign, committee, or firm) and its own compliance counsel and treasurer.
Dark Horse Political does not file campaign-finance reports on your behalf, does not provide campaign-finance, tax, or legal advice, and makes no representation about how the Service or its fees should be characterized, allocated, or reported under any federal, state, or local election law. You are responsible for determining and meeting your own reporting and compliance obligations.
ARMR is a practice and preparation tool designed to help users rehearse adversarial media scenarios and improve readiness. It is not a guarantee of any result.
We make no guarantee or promise of any electoral outcome, debate or interview performance, media result, fundraising result, polling movement, or other specific result. Outcomes in politics and media depend on many factors outside our control. Your results will vary based on your effort, circumstances, and many factors we do not influence. Use of the Service is not a substitute for your own preparation, judgment, and the advice of your professional advisors.
The Service, and any scenarios, feedback, evaluations, scores, or content it generates, are provided for training and informational purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, legal, public-relations, crisis-communications, campaign-finance, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. The Service does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional-advisory relationship.
For decisions with legal, financial, or strategic consequences, consult qualified professionals of your own. The Dark Horse Political Senior Consultant included with the Professional tier provides consulting services under the terms of that engagement and does not, by virtue of the Service, provide legal advice or act as your lawyer.
The Service uses artificial-intelligence and large-language-model technology, along with speech-to-text processing, to generate scenarios, transcribe responses, and produce evaluations and feedback. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or otherwise flawed, and transcriptions may contain errors. You should independently review and verify any AI-generated content before relying on it. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output, and you use it at your own discretion and risk.
Training is voice-based, and optional camera/video analysis of behavioral "tells" is available. Camera use is optional and off by default; you may decline it and continue to use the Service. Behavioral and delivery analysis is an automated training aid, is inherently imperfect, and should not be treated as a definitive or clinical assessment of any individual. See the Privacy Policy for how voice and video data are handled, including consent, purpose limitation, and retention.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited, as set out more fully in the Terms of Service. Nothing in these Disclaimers expands our obligations beyond what is stated in the Terms of Service.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including payment, email, hosting, speech-to-text, and AI providers) and may reference or link to third-party content. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and inclusion does not imply endorsement.
